Can't add phone number

Question

I can't add my phone number it says "We don't support that country code. Use an email instead." I am from Nepal. I used correct phone number. I tried with different phone number. I can't redeem my microsoft reward without phone number. When I tried to add phone number from manage account section I don't receive OTP
