Hello everyone.

Going through a Site Update process to 2303 version on a HA configuration. The prerequisite checker ran successfully. Active node has been upgraded successfully, but the passive node is stuck in Upgrading Status. The status of the Passive Node shows the message below

User's image

The site servers computers account belong to local Admin groups. The hman.log and CMUpdate.log shows nothing about the error.

So,

1- What other permission must I check?

2- What logs could give more information?

3- Is there a way to cancel de upgrade process? So that, I could remove passive node and reinstall it again.

Thanks.

Thiago

    Hi,

    I've just found a solution....

Through the log C:\smstsvc.log I saw that the update process were not able to find the setup files in C:\temp\cd.latest folder. So, I copied the last version of the folder from the active node. At the next update cycle attempt the process found the files and the update ran. It has concluded successfully.

    tks,

    Thiago
