Azure Certificate is not listing in my Microsoft learning portal

Hi Team,
I have completed the Az900 Azure fundamental certification exam and i received the badge. But the badge was issued by Credly team. Now i want to add the same badge to My Microsoft learning portal. Could you please help me to guide to add it ?
