Problem with office 2013 and 2016 after September patch

Hello, pls I have problem with MS office 2013/2016 after September update.

Win associate MS office atributes with appvlp and if I try open excell through

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office15\Excel.exe show

The operating system is not presently configured to run this application

    I've the same bug. Temporary solution is disable auto-update and run this in comand line.

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\ClientX64\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=15.0.5571.1000

    If someone find better solution, I'll be grateful.
