Apply my certification profile to my corp account

I have two Microsoft certifications on my personal email and would like to apply my MCID to my Corp account so that it reflects them as well? I start with my Corp account logging into the Certification portal, and I click "add personal profile" which then requests my personal email however because edge just auto applies the edge profile email (my corp) it just gives me options for login to my corp account i cannot go back to change UN because it just keeps applying my edge profile email. I tried this with a private browser, but this doesn't work because the Certification portal doesn't allow for private browser.
