How can I get Shifts in Teams to send notification to Outlook email when direct reports request PTO?

My team enters PTO request in in Shifts in Teams. Under a previous manager, those email notifications came to our email. Once she left our department, we do not get those emails anymore.

Anyone know how I can set that back up or how to set it up?

Thans,

Connie

    Hi @Dixon, Connie

Based on my research, when requesting Time off, your manager will receive a notification.

    Will the shifts be modified?

If it is, regarding to your requirement, we suggest who a notification will be sent to select Your entire team or Affected team members only when sharing the shifts with your team.
