Wrong Name in Bookings Confirmation Emails

Within the past few weeks, I've noticed that the wrong names are populating on Bookings confirmation emails to our staff. This seems to only happen for appointments where there are multiple seats available and another customer has already reserved a slot. The email subject will reference Customer A (first booker) while the body will reference Customer B. This also happens for rescheduling of appointments. This is happening on a service that we have had set up for over a year now but only something that we've noticed in the past few weeks. Is anyone else experiencing this?
