Issue with content filtering in Azure/OpenAI solution

I've implemented an Azure solution with OpenAI that includes cognitive search, hosted on a web app. However, even benign questions are sometimes being blocked by content filtering despite not having any filters configured in the OpenAI Studio. How can I troubleshoot this issue and ensure that legitimate questions are not being filtered out?

@Aditya56 Thanks for the question, By default, the content filters are on, configured with severity level medium. Approval is required for full content filtering control, including (i) configuring content filters at severity level high only (ii) or turning the content filters off.

Only managed customers/partners can opt-in for this. See How to use content filters (preview) with Azure OpenAI Service - Azure OpenAI | Microsoft Learn.
