Issue with AZ-900 Transcript showing only modules

Hello,

I passed the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification exam and received confirmation via email. However, when my company checked my Microsoft Transcript, it only shows modules, not the certification itself. My company needs to see the certification on the transcript. Can someone please help me fix this?
