I have a teams notification bot, but my client has an error:
The bot encountered unhandled error: request to https://smba.trafficmanager.net/jp/v3/conversations/a%3A1FFDjl_4tmQC9JQRhjUgc7mQK-TGnvRn6V_6UDRQsTLTUg7TEHGDfLTAuyHmqYt0yf9h738C2M4qcnGXA7Wf5HDS8Oc0-MjvGx6YCq2DkIYD0po7qa9M6XzS_ouegpbmk/pagedmembers failed, reason: connect ETIMEDOUT xx.xxx.xx.xxx:xxx
To continue to run this bot, please fix the bot source code.
Can someone help me find the reason?
