User Own Data Power BI embed fails to accquire token

I have followed the documentation and tried to access a user token (user own Data ) to access power BI service. I am getting the exception : AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID '<application ID>'.

I gave the power Bi permissions under API permissions in app registration. It says No admin consent is required. So, why am I getting this error?

Hello @Ammu Jose the Entra ID/Azure AD AADSTS65001 error is being thrown due to your tenant app consent configuration. You need to reach an admin that can grant tenant wide admin consent or single user consent.

@Alfredo Revilla - Upwork Top Talent | IAM SWE SWA Thanks for the quick reply. Is the tenant app consent different from the app permissions consent? Because in my app registration it clearly says no admin consent is required. So I am a bit confused here.
