Azure Entra -- can not accept B2B invite

Question

Hi

I am global admin of a Tenant B , I have an account in Tenant A, I am trying to invite myself from Tenant A via B2B to Tenant B

When I try to accept the invite I get

Oops, an error occurred.
You do not have access to this organization. You must be invited into this organization to get access.
Go to my applications for my home organization

Message: AADSTS50020: User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant and cannot access the application (My Apps) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
