I was unable to take my exam because of the ID I provided

Hello, can someone help me out?

I was suppose to have my AZ-104 exam on the 19th of September, but I was unable to do it because I went to the exam center with an ID that wasn't accepted. I had called Pearson Vue, they said I should contact Microsoft instead if I could get reschedule.
