All the Games i play keep crashing and freezing after a while

Hello,

this is my first post in this forum and i hope that someone could help me.

Every Game i play crashes after a while, sometimes up to 1 hour but mostly in the first 10 minutes.

I tried everything that my shallow knowledge of PC´s allow, like update all drivers (except BIOS), adjusted the virtual memory, some settings with Nvidia Experience, BIOS settings, uninstalled Antivir, low settings ingame, and so on.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could help me. A DxDiag file is available as attachment.

I am pretty much at the end with my wisdom.
