How to fix incorrect rotation of photos after being emailed using excel.?

I attached a document from excel to my email and the receiver gets the photos rotated a quarter turn to the right

    I couldn't reproduce this issue on me end. Could you please share the issue Excel file here so that I can have a test in my environment? And what email application did you use, is that Outlook? How the receiver opened the Excel file? In the browser or desktop Excel application?
