Onedrive personal - Preventing it from pinning to user's namespace

Hi,

We are using Onedrive for business purpose and we would like it not to pin the personal version of onedrive to the file explorer...

We know that once the user start onedrive for the first time, it will create this value ({018D5C66-4533-4307-9B53-224DE2ED1FE6}) in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace

Is there a way to prevent this ?

We looked in the GPO... there is a way to prevent personal usage of it... but the icon will still show unless we manually delete the namespace key or change System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree value to 0

    Hi,

    Did you try to unlink OneDrive with personal accounts in PC?

    I suggest you try to unlink OneDrive in PC, then go to the Registry Editor to remove the OneDrive name from File Explorer navigation pane:
