When i try to open session host on windows 11 it is not launching remote desktop

Thank you for contacting Azure Community Forum.
To understand the issue further please share following:
- Since when is RDP not working on AVD.
- What is the error when you are trying to take RDP session?
- Are there any troubleshooting steps you tried?
If the Remote Desktop client for Windows or Azure Virtual Desktop Store app for Windows stops responding or can't be opened, you may need to reset user data. If you can open the client, you can reset user data from the About menu, or if you can't open the client, you can reset user data from the command line. The default settings for the client will be restored and you'll be unsubscribed from all workspaces.
To reset user data from the client:
Open the Remote Desktop app on your device.
Select the three dots at the top right-hand corner to show the menu, then select About.
In the section Reset user data, select Reset. To confirm you want to reset your user data, select Continue.
To reset user data from the command line:
- Open PowerShell.
- Change the directory to where the Remote Desktop client is installed, by default this is
C:\Program Files\Remote Desktop. - Run the following command to reset user data. You'll be prompted to confirm you want to reset your user data.

.\msrdcw.exe /resetYou can also add the
/foption, where your user data will be reset without confirmation:PowerShellCopy

2023-09-26T07:09:49.3366667+00:00 I am not getting any error message , but it just don't start remote desktop connection .
I am able subscribe to my workstation and see the session desktop .
But when i click on it it don't make any connection .
I have tried resetting the user data also .

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case.
If you don't have a support plan enabled on your subscription, I request you to send an email to AzCommunity@Microsoft.com with Subject as "Attn:Vikas" referencing this thread along with your subscription ID. I can then enable your subscription with a one-time free technical support.
Once the issue is resolved, request you to post the resolution here for the benefit of community.
