Earned MD-102 certification but it does not show in my Microsoft Learn profile

Question

Passed the MD-102 ertification throush Pearson Vue proctoring. Got the pass score on Sept 19, now on Sept 22 I still dont see the certiifaction in my Microsoft Learn profile. I have linked my personal account along with my company account incase that was the issue but still no luck.
