Manage Windows Updates on computers but with the update being external

Hello friends

Is there any tool that I can just see if the company's computers are up to date?

And I can define what time updates can be downloaded!

I would like the machines to download updates from the Microsoft website, but the management is internal.

In WSUS I can't do this, because from the moment I install WSUS I have to download all updates from Microsoft and go through the trouble of approving them.

Is there another method?

Microsoft Security | Intune | Configuration Manager | Updates
Windows for business | Windows Server | User experience | Other

    Hi, @Jéssian Bayard

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

There are several tools available for managing updates on Windows computers.

One option is to use Microsoft Intune or Group Policy Management Console to control when and how updates are installed on individual devices.

Another option is to use Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) to set up an on-premises server that downloads updates in bulk from Microsoft and allows you to control and manage the update process. However, with WSUS, you do have to download all updates from Microsoft and approve them.

If you want to download updates directly from the Microsoft website without having to approve them, you may want to consider using Windows Update for Business, which allows devices to connect directly to the Windows Update cloud service.
