Hello,
Yesterday I unboxed my new laptop, signed in to my Microsoft account and found out that I had a free game pass Ultimate trial in my "came with device" Tab. It had an expiry date of 2024, and today I decided to redeem my free game pass trial,however, I didn't find it anymore.
Yes, I double-checked that I'm signed in from the same account and I checked that I didn't accidentally redeem the free trial.
Could you please help?
