Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Run the Windows Update troubleshooter: This tool can help identify and fix common update issues. To run the troubleshooter, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update.
2. Manually download and install the October patch(KB5031354). The latest cumulative update contains and improves on previous updates. You can download the update manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog and install it on your device.
