Hello,
I am following the learning path to complete a certification. I don't have a student subcripton so I am learning and creating resources in my subscription with WMs, App Gateway, storages in order to pratice and create typical Azure resources system and architecture. I was a little bit busy these last couple of days and forgot to delete the resources.
I was about to delete them today but I was shocked with the amount of the next Bill 13 991,54 $CA+Taxes. Can you please help me with this ?
I cannot create a support request in the portal too. I'm very worried about this and I hope to get in touch with the support service as soon as possible. Thank you.

Many Thanks Dave for your quick answer. Since this amount is for the next bill, the invoice ID is not available yet. My credit card can handle this amount but: Is there any other option to prevent the payment ? Otherwise can you confirm that I will still be able to make the refund request after ?

I opened a request to the support (#2309230040001591) in my case to prevent the payment on the next bill. I am still waiting for an answer. I close the thread on the way to ask for refund specifically. Thanks again
