You can sign in to your Outlook.com account with any alias—they all use the same password. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-or-remove-an-email-alias-in-outlook-com-459b1989-356d-40fa-a689-8f285b13f1f2

    Hi @EE ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Looks like you are concern about your Microsoft account activity, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. Do you mean that you would like to know if the sign-in of your account in Mail app is effective?

If so, of course, it is. Considering that you are not very clear about the activity time of your account, it's suggested that you could navigate to the Microsoft account management website to review the activity status of your Microsoft account. Your activity status will show you how frequently you need to sign in to your account to prevent your account from being deemed inactive.

As a supplement, you can refer to this article for more information on Microsoft account activity policy: Microsoft account activity policy.

    Hope to help you!
