Cannot book an appointment for exam

Question

I tried to book an exam in my country. However, for all centres in my country, there is no way to make an appointment. (please refer to the picture) The certiport website only shows the location of the centre. Other details are not provided. The is no way to further process the application. I don't think it is possible for me to travel to another country for the exam especially in this covid era. Any thought?
