How to can I merge certifications from multiple accounts?

Hi Team,

I have 3 accounts which were unknowingly used to schedule exam : ******@ad.infosys.com and ******@infosys.com and ******@gmail.com

I want to merge certifications from all in ******@ad.infosy.com. Can you please help me?

I can be reached at any of these emails or +91-9545934795 during 9 AM to 9PM IST
