How to can I merge certifications from multiple accounts?

Hi Team,

I have 3 accounts which were unknowingly used to schedule exam : swanand_bodas@ad.infosys.com and swanand_bodas@infosys.com and swanand.bodas@gmail.com

I want to merge certifications from all in swanand_bodas@ad.infosy.com. Can you please help me?
