License code for Power Apps per app and Power apps Premium

Question

I requested the IT department of my company to add Power apps licenses to a group of accounts within our company.

Now the IT departments asks me "What are the exact license codes you want to have added to these accounts?"

Unfortunately I cant find these codes anywhere online. Please help.
It concerns:
Power apps per apps per user licenses
Power apps premium licenses
