How or when can I launch a Linux Ubuntu 22.04 VM with GPU in azure (Region: Germany)?

I want to create a Lab for software-trainings in azure as I already did with Linux Ubuntu 18.04. Our software evolves that's why we want to use Linux Ubuntu 22.04 in the future.
How can I launch a Lab with Linux Ubuntu 22.04? With 20.04 there are possibilities, but with 22.04 I can't find any of them. The image from the market place is not allowed (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1159303/not-able-to-enable-vms-due-to-image-terms-status) and if I want to use Azure virtual machines than I can't pick one with a GPU (but we need a GPU).
