Question in regards IR from ADF

Hi team,

I created a CICD pipeline for an ADF which deploy the objects to three differerent environments, I have an expected error when it reaches the PROD environment, as this one has a Shared integration runtime, while the other two environments use the linked IR, these linked IRs are from the shared PROD IR.

So in order to solve this I'm creating an additional ADF which will have the shared the IR. for DEV and TEST I can make the change immediately since the IR is composed by two servers by using just one of them, the problem is in PROD, which currently I'm not sure if I can Update or modify via code the IR in order to use the Shared IR from the additional ADF.

So my question is if I modify the IR in PROD to use the Shared IR from the additional ADF would it continue working without issue?
