MD 101 exam feature difficulties

Hi,

Today I had the online exam MD 101, I faced the difficulties, when I do the case study question (nearly 1-10 questions). After reading the question, I was trying to double check the case study, in the left side corner I had some options with case study topics and again when I am trying to go back to the question, there is no option me to go back to the question. When I try to click on the next button it's going to the next question, and I am unable to answer the previous question. For example: if I am reading the question number 6 means, I got some confusion, then I went back to the case study and I have checked again and try to answer the question number 6, I am not able to check the question once I exit the case study. Why is that? Really I faced frustration during the exam. Moreover, due to these difficulties, I missed two questions to answer.

Please help me.
