The current operation failed due to an internal service error "Invalid input error". Please retry the operation after some time.

This error occurs while still noting that:

1-restart Services

  1. Uninstall the Mars agent and reinstall

3: Change the location of vaults.

4-checking proxy and antivirus and excluding csc.exe and obengine.exe.

5: Contact support Microsft with a tell-me-update window with no result

noting that some times the backup process runs and stops when transferring data.

    For details on the exact cause you can check the CBEngine error logs frm C:\Program Files\Microsoft Azure Recovery Service Agent\temp folder.

    Additional recommendations

    • Go to C:/Windows/Temp and check whether there are more than 60,000 or 65,000 files with the .tmp extension. If there are, delete these files.
    • Ensure the machine's date and time match the local time zone.
    • Ensure these sites are added to your trusted sites in Internet Explorer.
