Inconsistent Arabic language results from the Open AI chat bot

I have uploaded Arabic documents to the blob storage, the results from the chat are inconsistent from question, for insistent I am asking about something, and I am receiving an answer for something else exists in the blob storage.

Hello Yutong,

I have uploaded multiple Arabic documents, I did not add any keywords into the index, and used the default system message template in the chat, 35-turbo model, the search type used is keyword.

When I ask a question about a subject from one document, the chat bot mixes results from other document with a different keyword.

I wish if you could guide me on how to use the search and keywords, if this is the case
