Cannot add IoT Bridge for Azure from Cirrus to the subscription

Hello Team,

Could you please suggest if IOT bridge is available for CSP customers?

While adding it says this offer is not available in our subscriptions. Could you advise how we go about enabling this?

Hi @Nagrath, Richa Thank you for providing that information. Could you please confirm if you are following the steps provided in the article - IoT Bridge for Azure Installation to set up this bridge? I do not see any limitations on the documentation that would prohibit you from creating a resource.

There could be a limitation set on the subscription level which is preventing you from creating this resource. You would have to reach out to your subscription provider and request permissions to create this resource.

If you have access to the subscription and fall under either of the following roles - Owner, Contributor or be assigned to the Support Request Contributor role at the subscription level, you can create a support ticket to address this issue. Please let us know if you have appropriate permissions on the subscription level and would need assistance creating a support ticket.
