Azure stack HCI registration issue from windows admin center

Hi All,

I'm testing the same on my Azure trial account which has full privileges.

I'm also facing registeration issues while registering the Azure HCI stack registration from WAC.

From WAC -->It says "registered but from the Azure portal "not yet registered"
From Powershell ->No luck.

Any feedback from experts pls?

Hi,

Can you confirm the registration status of the cluster by running Get-AzureStackHCI on each cluster node? Each node should provide the same output with all nodes being in a status of 'Clustered' and 'Registered'. The LastConnected time should be a time within the past 12 hours if everything is syncing correctly.

You need to also check the Arc status from each node. You can do this by running Get-AzureStackHCIArcIntegration. If this is not showing as 'Enabled', unregister the cluster in PowerShell using Unregister-AzStackHCI, clean up any left over artifacts of the cluster in Azure, then re-register using Register-AzStackHCI in PowerShell and monitor the output. You may want to enable the HCI debug logs prior just in case of an error you can possible look into that log to see where the failure may have occurred.

It is also possible that you have some endpoints blocked to Azure from the cluster. You can run the Environment Checker tool to see if that is occurring - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-stack/hci/manage/use-environment-checker?tabs=connectivity#run-readiness-checks.
