Is it possible to upgrade my Microsoft cluster environment from Windows 2016 to Windows Server 2022?

I have an environment with 03 vms Windows Server 2016 datacenter with Always On MS cluster and hosted on the same host, in VMware. I want to add a Windows 2022 VM and elevate the cluster (if possible), what efforts are needed?
