Urgent Help Needed with creating discrepancy forms on power apps, with multiple line item options

I'm looking to use Power Apps to create a form that resembles the image below. Essentially, I need to be able to add multiple line items (sub-items) to this form, each with fields for expected quantity and actual quantity. Ideally, I'd like to have the option to easily add a new line by clicking a "+" button when needed, but if there's only one line, it should remain as a single entry.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!
