Stuck on downloading while opening excel/word files in on premise sharepoint

Hi guys,

I faced a big problems that most of our user in remote office cannot open excel/word files which stored in our on premise sharepoint server. They are using SSL VPN to connect our server

SSLVPN client: PulseSecure

Sharepoint version: 2016

Office version: 2016

Client OS version: windows 10 Pro

no problem with them when they are use the fileserver(windows server 2008) before

Per my research, you can update following versions to fix this issue
