Good Morning

I am Facing Issue in SignalR Configuration , Let me Explain

My Functionality Work Perfectly In Dev & UAT Environments But it's Not Working On Production, Client Use Private/ Public DNS For Showing Application & We are using NGINX For Hosting.

Firstly I thought I make Multiple Hub URL & It's Resolve My Issue But Not.

Please Kindly Suggest Any Process Or Configuration For Resolving This.

Please try below setting first, if not helps, please try to enable the Server-side logging` and `Client-side logging. Then share more details with us.

location /hub_name{ proxy_pass https://backend.com; proxy_http_version 1.1; proxy_set_header Upgrade $http_upgrade; proxy_set_header Connection "upgrade"; proxy_set_header Host $host; proxy_cache_bypass $http_upgrade; }
