How can I setup MFA for Azure VDI?

Hello

My company has MFA enable for all users.

I found that when a user add the workspace in Remote Desktop App,it require MFA.

But after added workspace, every-time he start the VDI,

he doesn't need MFA,just AD username and password.

How can I setup a MFA require every-time he start the VDI?

(Our conditional access policy is authentication every 1 hour.)
