Certificate doesn't show up after passing exam

Question

I passed the exam in Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals yesterday, yet it doesn't show up in my certifications. I used the same email address. Reconnecting to the email address doesn't mend the problem. I need the document for work. Does anyone has an idea how to make the certificate appear?
