Microsoft certificates awarded do not show up

I believe my problem was that the certificate expired and I have no idea how to delete this post so I’ll make an edit. Microsoft certificates earned before 30/31 june 2021 will expire in 2 years whereas those after that date expire in 1 year.

    The certificate expired and cannot be renewed as it was expired. Do renew your certificates before expiration!
