Microsoft authenticator is on water damaged iPhone, now I can’t log into Facebook

My previous iPhone had Microsoft Authenticator downloaded, which is what I used to log onto Facebook. This is no longer accessible due to water damage to the iPhone, now I can no longer login to Facebook. I cannot access this data, there was no back up codes set up. I need help restoring my account because without that information, I cannot login.
