Do we have Q&A for renewing/renewal of Certificates?

Question

Regarding renew / renewal / recertification.

Do we have a dedicated FAQ / Q&A Document for it?

I noticed for obtaining the first Certificate it was both a lengthy and also costly experience for my employer.

The renew seems to be free of charge for the moment. Thanks for that.

Query1:

During the web based Exam, can we ask Bing / Google / etc for help?

Query2:

Can we use any other static files, documents for help?

Query3:

Any penalities if we switch the browser window?

In general I am doing exams without any help.

I just wanted to be sure, that we all attempt to follow the same renew rules.
