Exam display settings/resolution

Question

Early today I took AZ-104 exam in a test center. The fonts during the whole exam were extremely big, I noticed that the screen resolution could have been 640x480.....one could see pixels........because of this, the exam had some frames where u had to scroll up and down to read.

This situation was extremely distracting since one is not able to have all information available at once and it was an extra layer of difficulty. I tried to find a way to change the resolution that could perhaps be an exam setting but this was not possible.

Is there a way to get a standard resolution for exams so the information is better shown on the screen....perhaps this is something that the test center needs to correct prior to start the exam ?
