My PC will shutdown when restarting - Windows 10

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my PC where it either shuts down unexpectedly or fails to boot properly after a restart, despite all peripherals functioning correctly.

I have attempted to address this problem by performing the following actions:

Cleaning the PC.
Reinstalling Windows 10.

Interestingly, if I forcibly shut down the computer and allow it to rest for 10 to 20 seconds, it boots up properly. However, if I choose to restart it, the issue persists.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please note that I have already conducted a thorough hardware check, and all components appear to be in proper working order.

Check the Event Viewer and you might find some relevant log files there.

Are you seeing any error message?

Have you tried updating all drivers?

have you check if there is any new update for BIOS/UEFI?

I have attempted to review my event viewer, and no errors were found. The only information I was able to locate is the following message: "The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) did not load: dam."

How to check for any new updates for Bios/UEFI, I'm fairly new to computer

If your computer is having trouble booting due to the driver issue, you can try booting into Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, Windows loads only essential drivers. If it boots successfully, you can then work on resolving the driver problem without interference from other software.

You need to check your device's manufacturer website and search for the model of your device and you should see list of available drivers and under BIOS/UEFI or Firmware, you may find it.
