To avoid any misunderstanding, what settings and configurations you want to compare between autopilot enrollment devices and Azure AD joined devices or Azure AD registered devices?

Autopilot enrollment devices are also Azure AD joined devices.

Thanks for reply.

Here is my scenario. I have a device which was part of autopilot and suddenly it was removed from Autopilot by someone in the team by mistake and now that device is out of autopilot profile but its a Azure AD joined device so now I wanted to check whether whatever settings and configuration is pushed/applied via Autopilot profile does also gets applied to device which is Azure AD joined and not part of Autopilot profile now? If yes then does it has all the protection enabled/available from M365 defender as well or not?

@Vinod Survase Based on my understanding, it is not needed to bother with this issue. As long as your device is in the settings and configuration's assignment group, when the device is enrolled to intune successfully, the settings and configuration will apply to this device.
