How to Create a Resource. Welcome to Azure!

Why do I keep getting the "Welcome to Azure!" when I try and create a resource.

My Trial account seems fine and I was able to create an application and next I wanted to create a Logic App to trial SFTP as we are thinking of using this in our corporate usage but want to check it out first - but I cannot as it just shows me that annoying page with no error message or any clue as to what to do.

I have trying clearing the browser and in a new incognito window and same result.

Hi,

Can you check on another PC or another browser to eliminate caching issue? Was this a free account with $200 credits did you used it or it was start of a free account without any usage? If you have tried everything I will suggest you to call up the global support numbers to get a assistance - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

thanks for responding. I have the Trial account and it expires in November 2023. I rang Microsoft - australia - but it just directs me to the support website.

In that Trial account, I've set up my own dummy application and a SAP SuccessFactor Enterprise Application so that I could test with an OAuth2 SAML assertion. This all works.

I next wanted to see if I could trial a SFTP service - and seems this is done from the "Create Logic App". But when I click on it just shows the Welcome to Azure ! page. Seems dumb that I don't even get a reason. It is also dumb that it shows me that message when I logon too - giving me the various sign up options again.

Have I run out of Credits ? How do I tell ?

I want to see if Azure has a hosted service that I can use for FTP transfer to see if it is suitable. Perhaps the "Create Logic App" is not the correct thing as I just stumbled on to this one SFTP Gateway for Azure - SFTP to Blob storageBy Thorn Technologies LLC.

Would you know ?

It appears where you don't have any active subscription, or you have switched the directory in the tenant where you don't have any active subscription. If you already have the active subscription, then it might be the wrong directory. You can change the directory and see if it helps you. For mor details please refer to this document.

Hi thanks for your answer. I'm new to this.. So my Trial account has a subscription - but I need a different subscription to add a resource that I am not subscribed too , if I don't I get a page Welcoming me to Azure.

So I have found the subscription page where I can add - but it is greyed out - perhaps my time is up. No matter I'll find another way.
