Query Regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Certification Status

I successfully completed the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification (MB-310) on June 28, 2022, and the Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations certification (MB-300) on January 7, 2020. However, I am unable to locate my active Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate status in the learning portal. Could you kindly assist me with this matter?
