Can't logg into the authenticator app

Question

My phone broke down and now I can't logg into the authenticator app because I need the authenticator app in the first place. There is no way for me to get a code or anything, everything I try I just get the message that I need to access the authenticator app, which is what I am trying and not being able to access in the first place.

I have tired everything that is possibile but I always get stuck in the loop where I need the authenticator app to continue, which is what I am trying to get access to.
