Excel pivot tables cause loss of raw data when saving and reopening file - Why

Hi Team,

I am using Microsoft 365 subscription. In excel sheet I am having raw data once I make pivot tables using the raw data then i am saving the file. once i open again that file i am getting only pivot tables, my raw data is missing. Please help me with this.

    Hi,

    How did you get the data source? Did you get the data from external connection?

    What kind of file format did you save?

    Where did you save the Workbook?

    Did this problem appear in all Workbooks?

    Try to create a new Workbook in desktop with .xlsx file format and check if this issue still exists.
