Can not log in to sandbox, tells me to use another email and then says I've used all of my sandboxes for the day

When I try to activate a sandbox on the Azure training, it says I already have an existing sandbox on another email address (hotmail), however I am logged in on that email address. I have two email addresses in the same account, as one is an alias (outlook) - and the course doesn't seem to understand this. I then log in repeatedly to the correct email address (hotmail), and it still says I'm logged in with the alias (outlook). I can also choose the option to open a new sandbox with the alias, but that doesn't work. It just repeatedly deletes the old sandbox and then tries to activate the new sandbox, then deletes the old sandbox, and carries on and on. It then says I have used all of my 10 sandboxes for the day, when actually I haven't used any. It is impossible to activate my sandbox even though I am logged in, so I can't do the training. Please help. Thanks.
